First, you can move ahead quickly by taking a CNI exam review course. These courses are available online and can be attended in your free time, even while you work or are caring for children. You’ll learn new review strategies, exam tips and tricks, sample questions and more. Plus, you can quickly compare your pass marks from one test to another to see how much you’ve improved over the years. By taking a CNP course, you’ll not only have a clearer understanding of the Cisco exams but will be able to apply what you’ve learned to new job interviews.
Second, once you understand the importance of pass marks you may want to consider taking a course that helps you prepare for the Cisco exams. Two very good options are Cisco CCNA or CCDA and CCNP. Both of these certifications are based on different sets of technical standards and the exams have different requirements. By studying for both of these exams and mastering the information provided in them, you’ll increase your chances of achieving a Cisco exam pass mark.
Third, you may want to consider taking a full time job and spending your time and energies focusing on your studies. Is this something you’ve considered? If so, then you should know that it’s a sound idea. While you could spend four, eight, twelve or more hours each week studying, you’ll still be missing out on a lot of the real world. And since the time you spend studying is your time, it should be used effectively!
Fourth, keep track of your progress with each of the tests. You can’t keep a journal for every subject, but a summary will give you an idea of where you’re at with each Cisco exam. Keep a separate journal for each test and then review the marks for each in your final report. The summary will also let you know which areas you need to focus more on. With enough time, you’ll be able to pass all seven exams and reach your mark in the bargain.
Fifth, don’t give up! It can seem like a long and difficult process but believe me, it’s not. The Cisco Certification Exam is only one portion of the Cisco training and preparation process. Just because you get a passing score on the exam does not mean you’ve passed the exam. There’s still work involved before you’ll be able to sit for the actual exam.
The fifth tip to help you pass more exams is to always do what you can to learn from your mistakes. No matter how good a student you are, there’s going to be times when you make a mistake. When you do, try to learn from it. You can’t always avoid making a mistake, but by learning from them, you can minimize your chances of making them again.
Finally, commit to your goals. When you set yourself goals, whether it’s passing the Cisco exam or getting hired for a new job, you should write them down and keep them in front of you at all times. These are great reminders of why you want to pass that exam. These tips will definitely help you get the score you want!
